Ramona "Eileen" Vigil entered into Heaven on Sunday, March 17th. 2019. Eileen was a mother, daughter, sister, friend, confidante, volunteer and poet. Eileen is survived by her two daughters, Beverly Surratt and Roberta Fognani, grandson, Jesse Surratt, and siblings, John Leroy Martinez, Ed Quintana, Priscilla Cruz, Shirley Garcia, George Lucero and step-sister, Vicky Padilla. Eileen was a member of the Eagles and a former board member of Spanish peaks Mental Health Center. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 21, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Walsenburg, Colorado with Fr. Stephen Olamolu officiating. A reception will follow the service at Delaney Hall.
