In my grief, I can come to you Lord. Knowing that only you can comfort me.

You wrap me underneath your wings, and hold me close. You weep with me, because you love me. And as you hold me you take my pain, and replace it with peace. Only you know my heart, my fears, and my sorrows.

Only you can give me the hope I need to face tomorrow. We've lost someone precious and dear. But you already know that. You're the one who placed him here. You gave him to us to love and to hold. The joy on his face is what our hearts will forever hold.

He couldn't speak the words, but that smile and laughter said it all. He is a blessing from you God and I just wanted to Thank You. Even though it was a short life here. Love and memories are forever. He will never be forgotten.

I can see it now, you taking him by the hand and walking into heaven, and he has this little skip as he goes, because there is so much joy. He is happy and full of live. He is with you!
